Registered nurses are on duty 5 pm to 8 am every weeknight, and 5 pm Friday until 8 am Monday each weekend. That way, you can always get educated answers when your doctor isn’t in the office. And, every MVP member is assigned a registered nurse to act as your Personal MVP Advocate, answering your healthcare and coverage questions.
